The Ultimate Leadership
Experience in Nepal

An invitation to redefine what leadership means  —to yourself, to your team, and to those you lead.

The journey to extraordinary leadership requires more than just training —it demands a profound shift in perspective.

The Ultimate Leadership Laboratory

Forget the boardroom. We’re taking leadership to the limit.

High-performing teams are built on trust and accountability — but those qualities can’t be taught in theory. They have to be lived.

On this expedition, you’ll do just that. Each day combines immersive physical challenge with reflective leadership work. Between rides and climbs, you’ll take part in facilitated Leading Teams sessions designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and apply the High Performing Teams model in real time.

Around the fire at night or overlooking Lake Tilicho at dawn, our expert facilitators will guide conversations that help you:

MINDSET

Confront and reframe the stories
that are holding you back.

Accountability

Explore feedback and accountability with radical honesty.

Application

Turn on-trail lessons into
leadership actions back home.

Ready to write the next chapter of your success story?

Join the journey where leadership isn’t just taught—it’s earned, leaving a legacy of high performance that lasts long after you leave Nepal.

Experience Not Felt Possible core Values

What is an Experience Not Felt Possible?

We believe there needs to be more gained than ‘reaching a goal’ – the memories you make and the person you become on the journey are what really matter. To achieve this, we believe it’s important to create an experience that fulfills the following criteria:

Meaning

The experience has to mean something to you personally.

Sacrifice

The experience involves giving up something in your life.

Acquisition

You need to learn a new skill or achieve a new level of fitness.

Giving

There needs to be component of helping others.

New Setting

It’s about going to places you have only dreamed of.

Meet Your hosts

Exclusively for 15 Leaders

To preserve the depth of experience and intimacy of discussion, only 15 places are available.

Each participant will gain unprecedented access to Leading Teams facilitators throughout the journey — in structured sessions, spontaneous trail conversations, and powerful group reflections that shape lasting change.

Matthew Stewart

Experience Not Felt Possible

Matt is the founder and co-owner of The Custodian Way, a group of businesses (including ENFP) that focus on maximising human potential. Matt is a qualified physiotherapist and chiropractor, and he has been facilitating mountain biking tours in Nepal for the past 10 years.

Tim Ferguson

Leading Teams

I began my relationship with the Leading Teams while in senior management at the Gordon Institute of TAFE in Geelong. I saw firsthand the benefits of the program in my teams and across the organisation. The Gordon became the most successful TAFE commercially in Australia. I began full time employment with Leading Teams in 2012 and I am now a Director of the business.

Justin Peckett

Leading Teams

Justin joined Leading Teams in 1996 as an athlete facilitator when he was a footballer at St Kilda Football Club. He retired in 2006 following a career that spanned 17 years and 252 games with the Saints. I would like to be described as someone who is engaged, interested, a hard worker, available, a role model, wise, funny, a trusted and valued business partner.

Kurt Wrigley

Leading Teams

Prior to working at Leading Teams, Kurt worked for over 25 years in the NRL as an Assistant Coach, Development Manager and a Player. During his time as a coach, Kurt was always puzzled why some teams who had talented lists and were financially secure performed below expectations. On the flip side, he noticed other teams with limited talent (on paper) performed above their expectations.
