Why Island Peak?
Island Peak (Called Island Peak because it appears to float on a sea of ice) is the 2nd highest trekking peak in Mount Everest region first climbed by world famous Nepali mountaineer Tenzing Norgay together with three other foreign climbers in 1956.
Island Peak climbing with a trek to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. Reaching Kala Patthar’s viewpoint and the foothills of the world’s highest summit is no joke. With the addition of the conquest of Island Peak, it is a feat that daredevils can achieve!
Island Peak with Everest Base Camp enables you to witness mountains and snow-capped peaks as far as their eyes can see while standing on the snow at the elevation of 6,187m.

- Porters to carry bags for all trekking days. For the summit you will carry your own small bag.
(NOTE: A trekking guide and assistant will take you till the base camp of Island Peak. From there a Sherpa guide will be guiding for the climb to the summit and back. It is one guide for two clients during the summit)
- Food and tented accommodation during Peak Climbing (Base Camp to Base Camp) included
